IGNITE Grant
IGNITE provides technical assistance and grants to eligible innovative start-up entrepreneurs and small businesses to assist in idea development, commercialization or for the scaling of new products and service, innovation ventures, or penetration of new markets
Accelerator Programmes
Accelerators are the engine that enables MSEs to strive and grow their businesses. Currently the Accelerators with which the DBJ work are: Jamaica Business Development Corporation, Branson Entrepreneurs Centre, Caribbean, Technology Innovation Center, UTECH and the Caribbean Innovation Climate Centre at SRC
Venture Capital Fund
Establishing an ecosystem conducive to venture capital development, through partnerships with private sector interests in the development of projects which impact entrepreneurs, fund managers and investors.
DBJ Angel Fund
The DBJ Angel Fund will match angel investments made by pre-approved individuals of high net worth in qualified, and scalable Jamaican start-ups. The Fund will conduct due diligence on both the angel investor/s and on the start-up company, and successful applicants will be evaluated for the investment partnership.
